We have developed an assessment model to support the management of risk. The methodology is a precursor to producing robust policies and operational procedures that enable staff to prevent and respond to abnormal events.
Our Risk Management Audit highlights all areas where security (and therefore safeguarding) could be improved. We make recommendations that lead to risk reduction, a safer environment and happier, more successful learners.
