Creating a safe and secure campus environment so learners thrive.

Learners in schools and Further Education sometimes exhibit challenging behaviours, which can ultimately impact their life chances; how these behaviours are met and managed is therefore critical.

Our Safety Wardens are the first people on campus that learners meet each day; they promote positive behaviour, by building relationships that over time influence attitudes. Crucially, they make learners feel safe, which means they perform better.
